Shredded coconut, toasted
1.50 oz
1/2 cup
  1. Pipe 4 oz (1/2 cup) of yogurt into bottom of 16, 5 oz plastic cups.
  2. Place 1/4 cup of pineapple on top of yogurt.
  3. Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon of granola.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of toasted coconut over each parfait. Serve chilled.
